Our Service

Segentic AI Inc. provides AI search optimization services for local businesses. We help your business get found and recommended by AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

Month 1

$3,000 setup fee. This covers your initial AI presence audit, strategy development, schema implementation, citation building, and onboarding.

Month 2+

$1,500/month for ongoing AI optimization, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Cancellation

  • →You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
  • →The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. This covers real work done — audits, strategy, and implementation.
  • →Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months, but no additional months are billed after your 30-day notice period ends.

What We Need From You

To do our job well, we need you to:

  • →Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business
  • →Grant us access to your website, Google Business Profile, or other platforms when required for the work
  • →Communicate promptly when we have questions or need approvals — delays on your end can delay results

What We'll Deliver

We will deliver the services outlined in your service agreement. This includes the specific deliverables, timelines, and reporting described in your onboarding documents. We're committed to doing the work — and doing it well.

Results Disclaimer

We optimize your business for visibility in AI-powered search results. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, placements, or mentions — AI search results are generated by third-party platforms (ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, etc.) that we don't control.

What we can guarantee: we will do the work correctly, consistently, and transparently. We'll show you what we did, what changed, and what we're doing next.

Intellectual Property

Any content we create specifically for your business — including copy, schema markup, listings, and strategy documents — belongs to you once payment is received. We retain the right to reference the engagement for our own portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise.
